All these pieces of paper made into beautiful art made me think back to how basic I use to think paper was. Flat for one, something you DRAW on, something when mad an disappointedyou CRUMPLE up and throw in the garbage! Something that does not like being made into a rat, but would much rather be made into scissors.
To see paper splattered against the wall like wet paint as in Andreas Kocks' "In the Beginning" piece was breathtaking. This show was an absolute eye opener and inspiring beyond belief.
